The Tasting Rome tour continues with a night dedicated to the cookbook at Maialino in NYC on July 13. I’ll be hosting a happy hour in the bar featuring cocktails and snacks from the book, while the kitchen will serve a special Tasting Rome menu in the dining room. Proceeds will benefit a local charity–stay tuned for details.
Dinner reservations will become available on 6/16. We highly recommend you reserve for the dining room, but the bar welcomes walk-is on a first come, first served basis.
