To celebrate the Italian release of Jim Lahey’s landmark book My Bread: The Revolutionary No-Work, No-Knead Method (Pane Senza Impasto, Jim and I will be hosting a pizza and wine pairing event at Pizzeria Emma in central Rome on November 6 at 7:30pm. Jim will be preparing three pizzas, which will be preceded by Emma’s fantastic fried starters. Each course will be paired with wine. Here’s what we have planned:
