Join me on January 28 at 6PM at Eno Terra in Kingston, NJ for an enogastronomic voyage into Piedmont, Italy’s premier region for food and wine. Executive Chef Chris Albrecht will prepare a 4-course dinner (paired with wine, of course!) featuring classic recipes from Piedmont recreated with local, seasonal ingredients from New Jersey. As we savor our meal, I will detail the origins of each dish, discuss its historical context and relate it to the local ingredients from which it is made. This will be the first in a year-long dinner series that celebrates Italian regional cuisine and promotes local, organic and sustainable New Jersey products.
