A mere two years after submitting the proposal for Tasting Rome (back in the day the working title was “Really Roman”), Kristina and I are about to release our cookbook into the wild. The official release date is Tuesday March 29, but Tasting Rome has already been spotted in a Parisian bookstore and I suspect more than a few of you who pre-ordered will be getting your books before the weekend! Our publisher Clarkson Potter is offering all sorts of exclusive gifts for those of you who pre-order and if you do so on or before March 28, you will receive a collection of photo prints! Starting March 30, I will be embarking on a book tour, beginning on the East Coast, then branching out across North America.
