I feel like I hit the lotto. I walked out of the Slow Food Central NJ farmers market with 7 lbs of pork products: 1 lb of Cherry Grove Farms sweet Italian sausage links, 5 lbs of Bringhurst Meats pork shoulder/pancetta mix, and 1 lb of salumi from Salumeria Biellese.
