Bonci's Book "Il Gioco Della Pizza" Released

Pizza fans and Bonci aficionados rejoice! “Il gioco della pizza. Le magnifiche ricette del re della pizza”, Gabriele Bonci‘s first cookbook, with photos by Elisia Menduni, was released into the wild this week. Now even home cooks who can’t afford the pizzaiolo‘s pricey pizza workshop in Rome can take a stab at recreating his bases with creative toppings. The Italian text with metric measurements can be purchased on Amazon here. Readers outside Rome should take into consideration that each microclimate will have a unique impact on the yeast and varying flours and waters will affect the dough, so for the real deal, you’ll just have to visit Pizzarium in Rome:)
