Join Katie Parla and the team at Sorelle in Charleston for a book dinner celebrating Food of the Italian Islands. Chefs Adam Sobel and Nick Dugan collaborated with Parla to create a four-course menu that transports guests to the culinary traditions and food of Sicily, Sardinia, and Italy’s lesser-known island destinations.
