Join Rome-based chef Daniela del Balzo and cookbook author Katie Parla for an afternoon of Neapolitan fritti (fried snacks). The two will prepare frittatine di pasta (pasta fritters) and mozzarella in carrozza (fried mozzarella sandwiches) during a hands-on virtual cooking class.
