Richer is the chef and owner of Razza in Jersey City, a four-time semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic award and a James Beard Rising Star Chef semifinalist. Katie Parla is an Italy-based food and beverage writer, culinary guide, educator, award-winning cookbook author, and co-host of the Gola podcast.
