Fermentazioni Beer Seminar September 13 in Rome

Join me at Rome’s first annual Fermentazioni beer festival for a casual tasting and seminar that will delve into the thriving but little known world of Italian craft beer. The English language seminar will showcase Italy’s varied and unique beer styles and will include tastings of Turbacci’s Kykeon, Almond ’22’s Noa Reserve Metodo Solera, Birrificio Italiano’s Cassissona, L’Olmaia’s PVK nel Salco, Maiella’s Matthias and one surprise brew from my personal cellar.

Booking is mandatory and space is limited. The €8 fee includes all tasting servings but excludes the price of festival entrance, which costs 8 € and can be purchased at the entrance.

You can book tickets to the seminar on Eventbrite by following this link:

Fermentazioni will run from September 13-16 and is being held at Via dei Monti della Farnesina 77. For additional details, check the event website.

Oh flippin’ flip, I’ll be away. Sounds like a good event, and Katherine, Italy has a thriving craft beer scene, well worth looking into (and sampling).
