One month left in the States. Time to get serious. There are several culinary goals that I wish to achieve before heading back to Rome in late February. These are just a few:

  • Get the tasting menu at Corton
  • Dinner at Babbo
  • Eat anything at Le Bernardin
  • Partake of the Alsace menu at Jarnac
  • Check out Staubitz in Brooklyn
  • Dinner at Per Se, Masa, or Daniel

  • Update: I need to eat moist roasted capretto at Scarpetta, indulge at the Fatty Crab, and try the pizzoccheri at Dell’Anima.
