The Big D is Back – Here's How It's Done

The Big D is a limited edition burger that O’Shea’s of Knightsbridge has engineered for Byron. I visited butchers Darragh O’Shea and Michael Browne to see how the meat is prepared, then learned about the cooking and assembly process from Byron founder Tom Byng. Get it on The Big D at Byron through February 28 or year-round at O’Shea’s.
