Copenhagen is one of the most hyped food cities on the planet. Some of the gushing is warranted, while some is totally overblown (Noma included). Be sure to visit the supremely awesome Ved Stranden wine bar, one of my favorite places on earth, as well as Told & Snaps, the greatest place for a smørrebrød and booze lunch. The pizza at Surt is very, very good and Hart Bageri (multiple locations) has insane breads and sweet and savory baked goods.  If you want to eat at Noma but can’t snag a ressie, don’t fret.
