Back by popular demand, Carson, my cousin’s seven-year-old-son, has written a guest post. This one is about the chocolate mousse I ate at Brawn on London’s Columbia Road on Friday night. Carson expressed interest in writing a new post (after receiving some fan mail!) and looked through my Flickr page for inspiration. The mousse just spoke to him. He writes, “i wish i could eat it. i think it tasts like chocolate syrup with chocolate pudding. i wish i could have it on a fudge pop.” Thanks, Carson! I wish you could eat it too.
