Casa Bleve’s Chocolate Mousse

Thursday night I took clients to Casa Bleve for a dinner and wine tasting. As usual, the antipasti were amazing, the pasta left something to be desired, and the desserts were out of this world. The chocolate mousse was particularly memorable. It was garnished with cubaita (sesame brittle) and the mousse itself was mixed with sesame seeds, creating a great texture contrast between the smooth, luscious chocolate and the slightly crunchy seeds.
