Katie will be celebrating the release of her cookbook Food of the Italian South with her friends at Vetri Cucina in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The entire restaurant’s a la carte menu will feature dishes from the cookbook for the entire night. There will also be a tasting menu, which includes a cookbook. Books will be available for sale to a la carte diners, as well.
