Watcha got cooking on Fat Tuesday? Join Katie and the folks at Good Stock’s West Village location for an evening celebrating Minestra Maritata (aka Italian Wedding Soup), a recipe from Food of the Italian South, which will be featured on Good Stock’s menu during the month of March. Katie will be on hand to answer questions about South Italy and her forthcoming cookbook (out March 12)!
Come eat cheese, snacks, and soup, drink some wine, and celebrate Katie’s new cookbook. Party starts at 5:30pm! And if you can’t make it, Katie’s Italian Wedding Soup will be served during the whole month of March.
