Katie Parla will be joining Sotto March 13th and 14th to partner with Chef Danny Combs for a menu inspired by her new cookbook, Food of the Italian South, which will be released March 12th. The menu will be four courses served family style. Pasta will be from Pastificio di Martino, a 107-year-old pasta maker from Gragnano near Naples. Kevin Hart, friend and local wine expert of Hart & Cru, will match the menu with a stellar South Italian wine selections.

Fun fact: Cincinnati was named in honor of Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus (519–430 BC), a Roman aristocrat and statesman whose service as consul and dictator made him a model of civic virtue. True story.
