Katie will be doing a Food of the Italian South cookbook launch at Corbo & Sons at Bell Market in Holmdel, NJ on April 5. The venue is located inside Bellworks, a massive building that once housed AT&T offices. Today, the imposing exterior gives way to a cavernous interior within which Bell Market offers a set of intimate dining spaces. Richard and Chantelle Corbo of Corbo & Sons will be hosting the event. This causal event will feature walk around tastings with small bites prepared by Chef Richard. They will be inspired by recipes from Food of the Italian South. A cocktail recipe or wine pairing will match each station. The cost of the ticket includes a copy of the book, which Katie will sign and personalize.
