Waxpaper in LA’s Chinatown will be offering The Katie Parla on their sandwich menu from March 4-31 to celebrate Katie’s cookbook Food of the Italian South. The sandwich features Bub and Grandma’s focaccia filled with Olympia Provisions Capicola, Ham from Continental Gourmet Sausage, Porcini Aioli, Shaved Raw Mushrooms, Fennel, Pecorino Pepato Cheese, and Special House Pickled Mushrooms. Order the sandwich in the shop or on Caviar and be sure to catch Katie chatting about it at her presentation and signing at Now Serving on March 31.
