Ginger Tea – Zencefil Çayı

Does tea even count as food? Who cares. It’s late and I’ve already resized the photo. Maybe I would be more coherent if I had not had 10 black teas at breakfast this morning. Things would be so much better if I had had ginger tea instead, like the one above I drank after dinner at Eski Kafa in Fatih on Thursday night. This tangy and soothing beverage was served with copious amounts of honey and left us recharged and refreshed after an epic meal.
