AAR To Host “Zuppe” Book Signing with Mona Talbott and Alice Waters

On November 3 from 11:30am-1pm, the American Academy in Rome will host a presentation and book signing of the Rome Sustainable Food Project‘s second cookbook: ZUPPE – Soups from the kitchen of the American Academy in Rome – with chef, restaurateur, activist and author Alice Waters, RSFP founding chef and author Mona Talbott, photographer Annie Schlechter and Little Bookroom publisher Angela Hederman.

The presentation and book signing will take place at Villa Aurelia (Largo di Porta San Pancrazio 1). The suggested contribution fee to participate in the presentation and book signing is €10.00 (payable at the door). This event is open to all. ZUPPE will be available for purchase for €20.00.

Friends of the Academy in Italy are invited to attend a special fund raising luncheon immediately following the book presentation. The cost of lunch is $ 50 USD (40 EUR).
