Carson Loves Pasta

Today, Carson, my cousin’s 7-year-old son and aspiring food critic wanted to write his second blog post. We went through my iPhoto and a picture of a plate of pasta I ate in Genova last year struck his fancy. Here is what he had to say. “That pasta omg looks so gooddd! The pesto looks good. I would eat it with bread. The cheese looks good. I love parmesan. I tried pesto before and I liked it a little but I would try that pasta in the picture.”
