Clydz, New Brunswick's Wildest Restaurant

Kangaroo loin.

Fancy an ostrich burger? Antilope loin? Elk and rattlesnake chili? You can find all of these delectable game dishes and more at Clydz, my Papa Parla’s restaurant in downtown New Brunswick, NJ. (more on Scatti di Gusto…)

Wow, we’ll have to check out Clydz soon! I had not idea about this place Katie. Thanks for the post.

PS…as someone whose family also owned a restaurant, I too have fond memories of being in the kitchen as a kid during hours of operation and having access to all sorts of food.

Tom go and ask for my dad Mike! Lemme know how it goes. And take NJ Transit so you can sample the martinis!
