On August 9 I reported Fauna, Ibrahim Tuna’s famed pasta restaurant, opened in Bozcaada, an island in the Aegean Sea off the coast of Troy. After just a couple of months of operation, the restaurant has closed. When I got the news I could hardly believe it–thanks to reader Claire for the heads up. Hopefully the next Fauna news will be of the next opening. İnşallah!
