    This is so exciting because I am planning a trip to Rome in the fall and have been reading your blog and every other morsel I can find about food in Rome–and I love the Splendid Table. I also just last night came across your article on Italian craft beer, of special to interest to my home brewing husband. We have discovered some amazing beers on our previous trips to other regions of Italy, and since I am tagging along on his business trip to Rome, I’d love to surprise him with a great place to enjoy the beers of Lazio. Any suggestions? The Italian craft beers really help us save face (slightly) when I order wine and he orders beer at dinner!
