Read all about our carb-tastic 20-pizza journey in the Houston Chronicle (full article here) for the scoop on where to find the best Neapolitan-style pies.

Fantastic article! It’s wonderful to hear about these artisan pizzaioli who care so much about the ingredients they are using to produce their pizze. I can’t wait to try some of these pizzerias—thanks!

That white pizza with arugula looks amazing. Query: what kind of cheese?

@caitlin there’s no cheese. it’s actually 100% vegan. there’s a cipolla di Alife pure’ on top tho

I was in Naples for more than 48 hours but I definitely couldn’t do as good! Now, I think it will take me more like two weeks to try them all, but as they all sound just magnificent, I think you gave me an idea on where to plan my holidays next!

Thank you for the article! Love Naples and their Pizzas though never managed to see that many in 48 hours!
