Lazio's Bread Meets Piedmont's Cheese

This month, four typical breads from Lazio will be featured at Beppe e I Suoi Formaggi, a shop in the Ghetto specializing in cheeses from Piedmont. Each week a different type of bread loaf will be sold. Through April 13, you will find bread from Canale Monterano; from April 14-20, bread from Veroli; April 21-27 bread from Monte Romano; and April 28-May 6 loaves from Santi Cosma e Damiano. The initiative is brought to you by the folks at Pani Tradizionali.
