Paschal Lamb

When most people think of Paschal lamb, it is the Lamb of God and Christ’s sacrifice that immediately comes to mind. For me, it is Easter lunch. In Rome, this Sunday feast features spring lamb as its centerpiece and nothing is wasted, not the head, heart, brain or kidneys. Here is a Paschal lamb hit parade for your Easter Sunday enjoyment.
