His 7-day whirlwind trip will feature a demo at Eataly (October 18), a pizza and beer event with me at Paulie Gee’s (October 19), an appearance at Jim Lahey‘s booth at the NYC Wine & Food Festival’s Sunday Slices (October 20) and two sold out workshops at Sullivan Street Bakery (October 21).
