Fave It’s Primo Maggio/May Day/Labor Day and in Rome the thing to do is eat fave col pecorino, fava beans and pecorino cheese. While I adore this combo, my absolute favorite way to eat fave is as part of a big, fresh, seasonal portion of vignarola.
