Fıstık Kebap’s Lahamacun

When it is done well, lahmacun is a beautiful and magical thing. Combining equal parts crispiness, meatiness and spice, this thin Turkish pizza can be a satisfying savory snack for some, or a full-fledged meal for others. I personally cannot eat just one lahmacun, unless it is done poorly (as Hamdi did at lunch today). Thankfully, this was redeemed by Fıstık Kebap in Arnavutköy, a hole-in-the-wall famous for their exceptional, consistent, and always satisfying lahmacun.
