Fried fish is good and good for you. I mean, squid can’t have that many calories on its own, so fried calamari can’t be that unhealthy. And if it is deep fried in extra virgin olive oil, it is fat free. I read that somewhere. And if it’s done Venetian style with julienned spring onions, zucchini, and peppers, it’s pretty much equivalent to eating a salad. Fact.
