Zucchine con I Fiori

I saw these zucchini at the Testaccio Market on Thursday. It always makes me depressed to see out of season produce (stacks of eggplant brought a tear to my eye), but at least I can find solace in removing the flower, stuffing it with mozzarella and an anchovy and deep frying it.
