I can hardly wait for my pals Pam Yung and José Ramírez-Ruiz to touch down in Rome. The duo behind Brooklyn’s phenomenal, veggie-forward, Michellin-starred, critically acclaimed restaurant Semilla is coming to town to do a 2-day pop up at Pizzarium, Gabriele Bonci’s landmark pizza by the slice joint. Stop by during the day June 3-4 for a taste of Pam and José’s extraordinary creations. And be prepared to be blown away by both the food and the energy that flows among these talented folks. Pam’s bread and pizza doughs are extraordinary and she and José will be collaborating with Bonci to create some really unique doughs for the occasion. Toppings will be culled from Bonci’s own garden.
