On Saturday September 3 at 10:30pm, the documentary “Il gusto oltre la crisi” will be projected on the Tiber Island as part of the L’Isola del Cinema events. The short film recounts the story of Simona Limentani and her organization Zolle, a company that is doing some of the most significant work in Rome regarding the sourcing and distribution of sustainable and locally raised food. The film is in Italian.
