Pizzarium's Anchovy Pizza

Everything about visiting the Vatican Museums during peak tourist season makes me homicidal. Well, there is one redeeming quality about the place. The Museums entrance is a 4 minute bike ride from Pizzarium, Gabriele Bonci’s acclaimed pizza al taglio joint located next to the Cipro Metro station (Via della Meloria 43, to be exact). I took a detour yesterday and today. This afternoon’s choice was the rather potent anchovy pizza with lots of pecorino, garlic, and onions. No stink potential was squandered.
