Last weekend, I attended a dinner hosted by The Fooders in San Lorenzo. The evening was a conceptual journey blending music, theater and foods flavored with exotic spices. The primo was risotto with prawns and ginger with some shitake mushrooms and cucumber thrown in for texture.
